As live cell counting is often the rate-limiting factor when processing multiple PBMC samples in ELISPOT assays, and given its significant impact on assay variability, the FluoroCore™ M2 is designed to address this challenge effectively.

Equipped with advanced optics and an additional fluorescent channel, combined with CTL’s dedicated LDA Cell Counting Suite, the FluoroCore™ M2 can analyze dozens of PBMC samples within minutes — documenting cell viability and calculating precise resuspension volumes.

In addition to its live cell counting capability, the integration of TVA Software makes the FluoroCore™ M2 a powerful high-throughput reader for cell-mediated cytotoxicity assays. Its fluorescent channel supports single-color FluoroSpot analysis, offering advantages over ELISPOT for precise quantification of per-cell secreted analytes via the HDR imaging feature and providing FCS-standard data output, all managed by the FluoroX™ Suite.

Powered by BioSpot™ Software, the system also enables high-throughput analysis of viral neutralization and infectivity assays in 96- or 384-well formats. Designed for regulated environments, the FluoroCore™ M2 can process up to 400 plates per run when used with the automated plate loader, making it a robust solution for high-throughput laboratories.
