The S6 Entry™ M2 is the ultimate white light ELISPOT reader — and so much more! With a planar backlight complementing the top light, it delivers optimal image quality for up to 12-color analysis. Featuring dedicated software, it excels in double-color (DC) ELISPOT and multi-color colony counting for viral, yeast, and bacterial assays.
Designed for high-throughput workflows, it reads a 96-well plate in under one minute and can process up to 400 plates per run with the automated plate loader. Renowned in both academic research and regulated environments, it supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliant workflows. The S6 Entry™ platform is also widely adopted for instrument/count harmonization across collaborating labs.
